AN ACT

 

1Making appropriations from the restricted revenue accounts
2within the State Gaming Fund and from the State Gaming Fund
3to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, the Department of
4Revenue, the Pennsylvania State Police and the Attorney
5General for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014, to June
630, 2015, and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining
7unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014.

8The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
9hereby enacts as follows:

10PART I

11PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS

12Section 101. Short title.

13This act shall be known and may be cited as the Gaming
14Control Appropriation Act of 2014.

15PART III

16STATE GAMING CONTROL

17RESTRICTED REVENUE ACCOUNTS

18FOR FISCAL YEAR 2014-2015

19Section 301. State Gaming Fund.

20The following amounts set forth in this part, or as much
21thereof as may be necessary, are hereby appropriated from the

1State Gaming Fund restricted revenue accounts under 4 Pa.C.S. § 
21401 (relating to slot machine licensee deposits) to the
3agencies of the Executive Department named in this part for the
4purposes set forth for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014,
5and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid at
6the close of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014.

7Section 302. Attorney General.

8The following amounts are appropriated to the
9Attorney General:

10For salaries, wages and all necessary expenses
11of the Attorney General related to 4 Pa.C.S. Pt. 
12II (relating to gaming).

 

13State appropriation.............

14Section 303. Department of Revenue.

15The following amounts are appropriated to the
16Department of Revenue:

17For the salaries, wages and all necessary
18expenses of the Department of Revenue related to 4 
19Pa.C.S. Pt. II (relating to gaming).

21Section 304. Pennsylvania State Police.

22The following amounts are appropriated to the
23Pennsylvania State Police:

24For the salaries, wages and all necessary
25expenses of the Pennsylvania State Police related
26to 4 Pa.C.S. Pt. II (relating to gaming).

28Section 305. Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

29The following amounts are appropriated to the
30Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board:

 

1For the salaries, wages and all necessary
2expenses for the proper operation and
3administration of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control
4Board. This appropriation includes $7,000,000 from
5the restricted revenue account established in the
6State Gaming Fund for fees.

8PART V

9MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

10Section 501. Transfers prohibited.

11There is no authority for the State Treasurer, the Secretary
12of the Budget, the Secretary of Revenue or the Pennsylvania
13Gaming Control Board to transfer any money within or between the
14appropriations in Part III.

15Section 502. Effective date.

16This act shall take effect July 1, 2014, or immediately, 
17whichever is later.
