AN ACT

 

1Making appropriations from a restricted revenue account within
2the General Fund and from Federal augmentation funds to the
3Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission for the fiscal year
4July 1, 2014, to June 30, 2015.

5The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6hereby enacts as follows:

7Section 1. The following sums, or as much thereof as may be
8necessary, are specifically appropriated from the restricted
9revenue account within the General Fund and from Federal
10augmentation funds to the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission
11to provide for the operation of the commission for the fiscal
12year July 1, 2014, to June 30, 2015, for the purposes and in the
13amounts shown:

18Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission,

17Any Federal funds which the
18Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission
19receives pursuant to these
20appropriations shall not be reimbursed

22Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2014, or
23immediately, whichever is later.
