1Amending Title 58 (Oil and Gas) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2Statutes, further providing for inspection and production of
3materials, witnesses, depositions and rights of entry.

4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:

6Section 1. Section 3258 of Title 58 of the Pennsylvania
7Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:

8§ 3258. Inspection and production of materials, witnesses,
9depositions and rights of entry.

11(b.1) Vehicle identification.--A vehicle used by the
12department for the conduct of inspections or other field work
13authorized under this chapter shall have a sign or sticker
14identifying the vehicle as a department vehicle. The sign or
15sticker shall be in a conspicuous location and shall clearly
16identify the department vehicle.
