3surveillance, further providing for expiration of chapter.

4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:

6Section 1. Section 5781 of Title 18 of the Pennsylvania
7Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:

8§ 5781. Expiration of chapter.

9This chapter expires December 31, [2013] 2018, unless
10extended by statute.

11Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
