1Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2Statutes, in registration of vehicles, providing for
3Pennsylvania hunting heritage plates.

4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:

6Section 1. Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
7Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:

8§ 1355.1 Pennsylvania hunting heritage plate.

9The department, in consultation with the Pennsylvania Game
10Commission, shall design a hunting heritage plate. Upon
11application of any person, accompanied by a fee of $35 which
12shall be in addition to the annual registration fee, the
13department shall issue the plate for a passenger car, motor
14home, trailer or truck with a registered gross weight of not
15more than 10,000 pounds. The Pennsylvania Game Commission shall
16receive $15 of each additional fee for this plate for the
17exclusive purposes of promoting hunting and providing hunting
18habitat.

1Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
