1Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2Statutes, further providing for powers and duties of
3commission.

4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:

6Section 1. Section 322(c) of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
7Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read:

8§ 322. Powers and duties of commission.

10(c) Specific powers and duties.--In order to administrate
11and enforce this title, the commission through proper action
12shall:

14(1.1) Annually provide without charge and in sufficient
15quantities for distribution to the public copies of a summary
16of the regulations for the seasons, bag limits, hunting hours
17and hunting regulations for migratory game birds, as
18determined by the United States Secretary of the Interior

1under the authority of the Migratory Game Bird Treaty Act (16
2U.S.C. § 703 et seq.) and as published in the Federal
3Register on or about August 27 and September 28 of each year,
4to:

5(i) Each United States post office located in this
6Commonwealth where a Migratory Bird Hunting and
7Conservation Stamp may be purchased.

8(ii) The public at its headquarters and each
9regional headquarters and by mail upon request.
