1Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2Statutes, further providing for license requirements.

3The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4hereby enacts as follows:

5Section 1.  Section 2701(a) of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
6Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:

7§ 2701.  License requirements.

8(a)  General rule.--Except in defense of person or property
9or pursuant to exemptions authorized in this title or by
10regulation of the commission for implementing a mentored youth
11hunting program or a mentored adult hunting program, every
12person, prior to engaging in any of the privileges granted by
13this title, shall first obtain the applicable license subject to
14any conditions or other requirements imposed by this title.
