3WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care was founded in January 1975
4in Philadelphia by J. Mark Baiada; and

5WHEREAS, It is the mission of BAYADA Home Health Care to help
6people have a safe home life with comfort, independence and
7dignity; and

8WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care provides nursing,
9rehabilitative, therapeutic, hospice and assistive-care services
10to children, adults and seniors nationwide; and

11WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care is the largest provider of
12pediatric home health care for medically fragile children in
13this Commonwealth; and

1WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care cares for its clients 24
2hours a day, seven days a week; and

3WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care strives to make it possible
4for millions of people worldwide to experience a better quality
5of life in the comfort of their own homes; and

6WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care has three core values:
7compassion, excellence and reliability; and

8WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care holds the following beliefs:

9(1) Its clients come first.

10(2) Its employees are its greatest asset.

11(3) Building relationships and working together are
12critical to its success as a company of compassionate
13caregivers.

14(4) It must demonstrate honesty and integrity at all
15times;

16and

17WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care serves more than 22,620
18clients annually in Pennsylvania; and

19WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care employed more than 11,330
20individuals in Pennsylvania in 2013; and

21WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care is providing services in 63
22counties in this Commonwealth and is expanding; therefore be it

23RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives honor BAYADA Home
24Health Care for 39 years of providing home health care services
25to the residents of this Commonwealth; and be it further

26RESOLVED, That a copy of this resolution be forwarded to
