AN ACT
1Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2Statutes, in rules of the road in general, further providing
3for vehicles required to stop at railroad crossings.
4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:
6Section 1. Section 3342(b)(2) of Title 75 of the
7Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8§ 3342. Vehicles required to stop at railroad crossings.

10(b) Vehicles subject to stopping requirement.--Subsection
11(a) shall apply to the following vehicles:

13(2) A school bus or school vehicle, whether or not
14carrying passengers.

16Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
