1Amending Title 30 (Fish) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2Statutes, further providing for stocked waters open for

4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:

6Section 1. Section 2103(a) of Title 30 of the Pennsylvania
7Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:

8§ 2103. Stocked waters open for fishing.

9(a) General rule.--Any water area in this Commonwealth
10stocked with fish furnished by the commission, including water 
11areas where stocked fish may migrate into, shall be open to the
12public for the purpose of free lawful fishing.
