1Making an appropriation from the Public School Employees'
2Retirement Fund to provide for expenses of the Public School
3Employees' Retirement Board for the fiscal year July 1, 2014,
4to June 30, 2015, and for the payment of bills incurred and
5remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending June
630, 2014.

7The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
8hereby enacts as follows:

9Section 1. The sum of $41,689,000, or as much thereof as may
10be necessary, is hereby appropriated from the Public School
11Employees' Retirement Fund to the Public School Employees'
12Retirement Board for the payment of all salaries, wages and
13other compensation and travel expenses of the employees and
14members of the Public School Employees' Retirement Board, for
15contractual services and other expenses necessary for the proper
16conduct of the duties, functions and activities of the board for
17the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014, and for the payment of
18bills incurred and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal
19year ending June 30, 2014.

20Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2014, or

1immediately, whichever is later.
