1Making an appropriation from a restricted revenue account within
2the General Fund to the Office of Consumer Advocate in the
3Office of Attorney General.

4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:

6Section 1. The sum of $5,165,000 is hereby appropriated from
7the restricted revenue account within the General Fund to the
8Office of Consumer Advocate in the Office of Attorney General to
9provide for the operation of that office for the fiscal year
10July 1, 2014, to June 30, 2015.

11Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2014, or
12immediately, whichever is later.
