1Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2Statutes, in enforcement, further providing for powers and 
3duties of enforcement officers.

4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:

6Section 1. Section 901 of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
7Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:

8§ 901. Powers and duties of enforcement officers.

10(b.1) Exception to the prohibition of interception and
11disclosure of communications.--An officer whose duty it is to
12enforce this title shall be defined as a law enforcement officer
13for the purpose of 18 Pa.C.S. § 5704(16)(iii) (relating to
14exceptions to the prohibition of interception and disclosure of
15communications).
