AN ACT
1Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2Statutes, providing for special license plates for Honorary
3Consuls.
4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:
6Section 1. Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
7Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
8§ 1369.1. Special plates for Honorary Consuls.
9Upon application of any person who is an Honorary Consul,
10accompanied by a fee of $20 which shall be in addition to the
11annual registration fee and by such documentation as the
12department shall require, the department shall issue to such
13person a special registration plate designating the vehicle so
14licensed as belonging to a person who is an Honorary Consul. The
15special registration plate may be used only on a passenger car
16or a truck with a registered gross weight of not more than
1710,000 pounds.
18Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
