1Authorizing the release of restrictions on use and alienation
2imposed by the Project 70 Land Acquisition and Borrowing Act
3on certain land owned by the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat
4Commission in Benner Township, Centre County.

5The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6hereby enacts as follows:

7Section 1. Release of restrictions in Benner Township, Centre
8County.

9(a) Authorization.--Pursuant to the requirements of section
1020(b) of the act of June 22, 1964 (Sp.Sess.1, P.L.131, No.8),
11known as the Project 70 Land Acquisition and Borrowing Act, the
12General Assembly hereby authorizes the release of Project 70
13restrictions on land owned by the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat
14Commission, which is more particularly described in subsection
15(b).

16(b) Land to be released from restrictions.--The parcel of
17land to be released from Project 70 restrictions is located in
18Benner Township, Centre County, and more particularly described

1as follows:

2All that certain piece, parcel or tract of land with
3improvements thereon situate in Township of Benner, County of
4Centre, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly
5described as the lands conveyed to the Commonwealth of
6Pennsylvania, acting by and through the Pennsylvania Fish and
7Boat Commission, by deed recorded in Centre County Deed Book
8314, Page 1050, and further described as follows:

9Beginning at a point, said point being a Pennsylvania Fish
10Commission brass pin in the line of lands now or formerly John
11H. Day and the Pleasant Gap Fire Company No. 1 North 24 degrees,
1232 minutes, 39 seconds West, passing through a Pennsylvania Fish
13Commission brass pin at 538.63 feet, a total distance of 580.63
14feet, more or less, to a nail in the center of Township Road T-
15384; thence in the center of Township Road T-384 the following
16four courses and distances:

17(1) South 14 degrees, 29 minutes, 20 seconds West,
18226.22 feet, more or less, to a nail in the center of the
19road; thence,

20(2) South 22 degrees, 24 minutes, 05 seconds West,
21128.76 feet, more or less, to a nail in the center of the
22road; thence,

23(3) South 28 degrees, 38 minutes, 20 seconds West,
24204.04 feet, more or less, to a nail in the center of the
25road; thence,

26(4) South 36 degrees, 09 minutes, 20 seconds West,
27206.67 feet, more or less, to a nail in the center of the
28road; thence,

29Through the land now or formerly of the Pleasant Gap Fire
30Company No.1, North 81 degrees, 20 minutes, 20 seconds East,

1passing through a Pennsylvania Fish Commission brass pin at
243.34 feet, a total distance of 333.69 feet, more or less, to a
3Pennsylvania Fish Commission brass pin; thence North 65 degrees,
451 minutes, 43 seconds East, 259.26 feet, more or less, to a
5Pennsylvania Fish Commission brass pin, the point of beginning.

6CONTAINING 3.59 acres, more or less.

7(c) Deposit of proceeds.--All proceeds from the sale of the
8property described in subsection (b) shall be deposited in a
9restricted revenue account within the Fish Fund and used for the
10acquisition of lands meeting the standards for acquisition
11described in section 18(b) of the Project 70 Land Acquisition
12and Borrowing Act.

13Section 2. Effective date.

14This act shall take effect immediately.
