1Making an appropriation from the State Employees' Retirement
2Fund to provide for expenses of the State Employees'
3Retirement Board for the fiscal year July 1, 2013, to June
430, 2014, and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining
5unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2013.

6The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7hereby enacts as follows:

8Section 1. The sum of <-$20,838,000 $21,002,000, or as much
9thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated from the
10State Employees' Retirement Fund to the State Employees'
11Retirement Board for the payment of all salaries, wages and
12other compensation and travel expenses of the employees and
13members of the State Employees' Retirement Board, for
14contractual services and other expenses necessary for the proper
15conduct of the duties, functions and activities of the board for
16the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2013, and for the payment of
17bills incurred and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal
18year ending June 30, 2013.

19Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2013, or

1immediately, whichever is later.
