1Making an appropriation from a restricted revenue account within
2the General Fund to the Office of Small Business Advocate in
3the Department of Community and Economic Development.

4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:

6Section 1. The sum of $1,092,000 is hereby appropriated from
7the restricted revenue account within the General Fund to the
8Office of Small Business Advocate in the Department of Community
9and Economic Development to provide for the operation of that
10office for the fiscal year July 1, 2013, to June 30, 2014.

11Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2013, or
12immediately, whichever is later.
