AN ACT

 

1Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
2Consolidated Statutes, in assault, further providing for the
3offenses of harassment, stalking and threat to use weapons of
4mass destruction.

5The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6hereby enacts as follows:

7Section 1. Sections 2709(e), 2709.1(e) and 2715(c.2) of
8Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes are amended 
9to read:

10§ 2709. Harassment.

12(e) Application of section.--This section shall not apply to
13[conduct <-[by a party to a labor dispute as defined in the act of
14June 2, 1937 (P.L.1198, No.308), known as the Labor Anti-<-
15Injunction Act, or to any] constitutionally protected activity.
