1Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2Statutes, in rules of the road in general, providing for
3limitation on use of parking lots and gas stations for
4turning.

5The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6hereby enacts as follows:

7Section 1. Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
8Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:

9§ 3337. Limitation on use of parking lots and gas stations for
10turning.

11The driver of any vehicle, after being stopped for a red
12indication light at a traffic-control signal before the green
13indication is exhibited, may not turn the vehicle through a
14parking lot or station that sells liquid fuels so as to proceed
15in a direction of a roadway that passes through the traffic
16light other than the direction of the roadway in which the
17vehicle has stopped.

18Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
