4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:

6Section 1. Section 301(f) of Title 30 of the Pennsylvania
7Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:

8§ 301. Organization of commission.

10[(f) Powers of waterways patrolmen.--Except for the power
11conferred by section 925 (relating to acknowledgment of guilt
12and receipts for payment), members of the commission may
13exercise any of the powers conferred by this title on waterways
14patrolmen.]

15Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
