| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Making an appropriation from a restricted revenue account within |
2 | the General Fund to the Office of Consumer Advocate in the |
3 | Office of Attorney General. |
4 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
5 | hereby enacts as follows: |
6 | Section 1. The sum of $5,173,000 is hereby appropriated from |
7 | the restricted revenue account within the General Fund to the |
8 | Office of Consumer Advocate in the Office of Attorney General to |
9 | provide for the operation of that office for the fiscal year |
10 | July 1, 2012, to June 30, 2013. |
11 | Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2012, or |
12 | immediately, whichever is later. |
