| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Designating State Routes 3035 and 3033 in Robesonia Borough, |
2 | Heidelberg Township, North Heidelberg Township and Penn |
3 | Township, Berks County, as the Captain David Eric Pannabecker |
4 | POW-MIA Memorial Highway. |
5 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
6 | hereby enacts as follows: |
7 | Section 1. Captain David Eric Pannabecker POW-MIA Memorial |
8 | Highway. |
9 | (a) Designation.--The highway that consists of State Routes |
10 | 3035 and 3033 in Robesonia Borough, Heidelberg Township, North |
11 | Heidelberg Township and Penn Township, Berks County, from U.S. |
12 | Route 422, in Robesonia Borough, to Pennsylvania Route 183, in |
13 | Penn Township, is hereby designated the Captain David Eric |
14 | Pannabecker POW-MIA Memorial Highway. |
15 | (b) Signs.–-The Department of Transportation shall erect and |
16 | maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the highway to |
17 | traffic in both directions on the highway. |
18 | Section 2. Effective date. |
19 | This act shall take effect immediately. |
