| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Designating a bridge crossing Mill Lane in Old Lycoming |
2 | Township, Lycoming County, as the Trooper Gary Rosenberger |
3 | Memorial Bridge. |
4 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
5 | hereby enacts as follows: |
6 | Section 1. Trooper Gary Rosenberger Memorial Bridge. |
7 | (a) Designation.--The bridge carrying U.S. Route 15 over |
8 | Mill Lane (State Route 3014) in Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming |
9 | County, is designated and shall be known as the Trooper Gary |
10 | Rosenberger Memorial Bridge in honor of the late Pennsylvania |
11 | State Police Trooper Gary Rosenberger, who was killed in the |
12 | line of duty. |
13 | (b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and |
14 | maintain appropriate signs which shall display the name of the |
15 | bridge designated in subsection (a) at each end of the bridge. |
16 | Section 2. Effective date. |
17 | This act shall take effect in 60 days. |
