| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Making a supplemental appropriation from the General Fund to the |
2 | Insurance Department for fiscal year 2010-2011. |
3 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
4 | hereby enacts as follows: |
5 | Section 1. Appropriation. |
6 | For fiscal year 2010-2011 the sum of $25,000,000 is hereby |
7 | appropriated from the General Fund to the Insurance Department |
8 | for the adultBasic coverage insurance program. This |
9 | appropriation shall be in addition to any funds appropriated or |
10 | made available for the adultBasic coverage insurance program. |
11 | Section 2. Effective date. |
12 | This act shall take effect in 60 days. |
