A RESOLUTION

Amending the Rules of the House of Representatives, providing

for a limitation on a member's outside income.

RESOLVED, That the Rules of the House of Representatives be

amended by adding a rule to read:

RULE 65 (c)

Limitation on Outside Income

A member of the House may not earn outside income in an

amount that exceeds 35% of the member's annual legislative

salary.
