| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Designating State Route 739 in Pike County as Pike County |
2 | Veterans' Way. |
3 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
4 | hereby enacts as follows: |
5 | Section 1. Pike County Veterans' Way. |
6 | (a) Designation.-- State Route 739 in Delaware Township, |
7 | Dingman Township and Blooming Grove Township, Pike County, from |
8 | the intersection of State Route 6 to the State line is hereby |
9 | designated as Pike County Veterans' Way. |
10 | (b) Signs.–-The Department of Transportation shall erect and |
11 | maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the highway to |
12 | traffic in both directions on the highway. |
13 | Section 2. Effective date. |
14 | This act shall take effect in 60 days. |
