AN ACT

Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated

Statutes, further providing for issuance and content of

driver's license.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  Section 1510 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania

Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:

§ 1510.  Issuance and content of driver's license.

(k)  Voter outreach program.--The secretary shall establish a

mobile voter outreach program to provide a State-issued photo

identification card to senior citizens, persons with

disabilities, veterans or individuals who reside in a school

district with a population of less than 300 persons per square

mile. The department shall maximize the use of these mobile

units in the eight weeks immediately preceding an election and

on the day of an election.

Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
