| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Providing for restriction on use of Mansion of the Lieutenant |
2 | Governor; and making an inconsistent repeal. |
3 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
4 | hereby enacts as follows: |
5 | Section 1. Restriction on use of Mansion of Lieutenant |
6 | Governor. |
7 | Neither the Lieutenant Governor nor any other elected or |
8 | appointed official or employee of the Commonwealth may reside in |
9 | the Mansion of the Lieutenant Governor located at Fort |
10 | Indiantown Gap. |
11 | Section 2. Repeals. |
12 | Section 2402(o) of the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.177, |
13 | No.175), known as The Administrative Code of 1929, is repealed |
14 | insofar as it is inconsistent with this act. |
15 | Section 3. Effective date. |
16 | This act shall take effect July 1, 2012, or immediately, |
17 | whichever is later. |
