AN ACT

Amending Title 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated

Statutes, in gaming, further providing for general and

3

specific powers of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, for

regulatory authority of Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board and

5

for table game taxes.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

7

hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  Section 1202(b) of Title 4 of the Pennsylvania

9

Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read:

§ 1202.  General and specific powers.

(b)  Specific powers.--The board shall have the specific

13

power and duty:

(31.1)  To post on the board's Internet website a

16

description of all requests for access to records under the

17

act of February 14, 2008 (P.L.6, No.3), known as the Right-

18

to-Know Law, including the total number of record requests,

the number of requests approved, the number of requests

2

denied and the number and outcome of appeals from denials of

3

access to records.

Section 2.  Sections 1207(18) and 13A62(c) of Title 4 are

§ 1207.  Regulatory authority of board.

The board shall have the power and its duties shall be to:

(18)  [(Reserved).] Require that each licensed gaming

entity that offers patrons total rewards cards that track the

12

amount of money and time spent gaming in order to determine

13

the value of provisions or complimentary services to their

14

patrons issue monthly statements that list patrons' gaming

15

winnings and losses.

(c)  Deposits for property tax relief.--[If, on the last day

20

of a fiscal year the balance of the Budget Stabilization Reserve

21

Fund established pursuant to section 1701-A of the act of April

22

9, 1929 (P.L.343, No.176), known as The Fiscal Code, exceeds

23

$750,000,000, as certified by the Secretary of the Budget] Two

24

years following the first payment of tax imposed under

25

subsection (a) to the department in accordance with subsection

26

(b)(1), the deposits made into the General Fund pursuant to

27

subsection (b)(3) shall cease and thereafter be deposited into

28

the Property Tax Relief Fund established pursuant to section

29

1409 (relating to Property Tax Relief Fund).

Section 2 3.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
