AN ACT

Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated

Statutes, in hunting and furtaking, further providing for

penalties.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  Section 2364 of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania

Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:

§ 2364.  Penalties.

Any violation of this subchapter relating to bobcat or otter

is a summary offense of the fourth degree. Any violation of

section 2361(a)(11) (relating to unlawful acts concerning taking

of furbearers) is a summary offense of the first degree. Except

for threatened or endangered species, any other violation of

this subchapter is a summary offense of the fifth degree.

Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
