AN ACT

Designating U.S. Route 62 in Mercer County as the Mercer County

2

Veterans Highway.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

4

hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  Mercer County Veterans Highway.

6

(a)  Designation.--U.S. Route 62 in Mercer County is hereby

7

designated as the Mercer County Veterans Highway.

8

(b)  Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and

9

maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the highway

10

designated in subsection (a) to traffic in both directions.

Section 2.  Effective date.

12

This act shall take effect in 60 days.
