| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the |
2 | Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in governance of the |
3 | system, further providing for establishment of fees and |
4 | charges and for costs; and, in budget and finance, further |
5 | providing for Commonwealth portion of fines. |
6 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
7 | hereby enacts as follows: |
8 | Section 1. Sections 1725(c)(3)(ii), 1725.1(a)(4) and (7) and |
9 | 3571(c)(2)(vi) and (vii) of Title 42 of the Pennsylvania |
10 | Consolidated Statutes are amended to read: |
11 | § 1725. Establishment of fees and charges. |
12 | (c) Counties of the first class.-- |

14 | (3) The fees to be received by the prothonotary on |
15 | behalf of the Philadelphia Municipal Court in civil actions |
16 | shall be as follows: |

2 | (a) Civil cases.--Subject to subsection (f), the costs to be |
3 | charged by magisterial district judges in every civil case, |
4 | except as otherwise provided in this section, shall be as |
