| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Making an appropriation to the Central Penn Oncology Group. |
2 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
3 | hereby enacts as follows: |
4 | Section 1. The sum of $58,000 is hereby appropriated to the |
5 | Central Penn Oncology Group for the fiscal year July 1, 2009, to |
6 | June 30, 2010. Payment of this appropriation shall be made by |
7 | the Secretary of Health in equal quarterly payments. |
8 | Section 2. The Central Penn Oncology Group shall provide |
9 | full, complete and accurate information as may be required by |
10 | the Department of Health or the chairman or the minority |
11 | chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the Senate or the |
12 | chairman or the minority chairman of the Appropriations |
13 | Committee of the House of Representatives. |
14 | Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately. |
