| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Designating U.S. Route 62 in Mercer County as the Mercer County |
2 | Veterans Highway. |
3 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
4 | hereby enacts as follows: |
5 | Section 1. Mercer County Veterans Highway. |
6 | (a) Designation.--U.S. Route 62 in Mercer County is hereby |
7 | designated as the Mercer County Veterans Highway. |
8 | (b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and |
9 | maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the highway |
10 | designated in subsection (a) to traffic in both directions. |
11 | Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days. |
