AN ACT

Amending Title 3 (Agriculture) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated

Statutes, in domestic animals, further providing for

application.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  Section 2380.3 of Title 3 of the Pennsylvania

Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:

§ 2380.3.  Application.

(a)  Form.--An application for licensure, including license

renewal, must be made on a form prescribed by the department.

(b)  Fee.--An application for a license or for renewal of a

license shall be accompanied by a fee of $75. License fees

collected under this section shall be deposited in the Cervidae

Livestock Operation Account, which is established as a

restricted account in the State Treasury. Moneys in the Cervidae

Livestock Operation Account are appropriated on a continuing

basis to the department for the purpose of administering this

chapter. All earnings received from investment or deposit of the

moneys in the Cervidae Livestock Operation Account shall be paid

into the account for the purpose authorized by this subsection.

Any unexpended moneys and any interest earned on the money in

the Cervidae Livestock Operation Account may not be transferred

or revert to the General Fund, but shall remain in the account

to be used by the department for the purpose specified in this

subsection.

Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
