AN ACT

Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated

Statutes, further providing for audible warning devices.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. Section 4535 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
6
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:

§ 4535. Audible warning devices.

(b.1) Construction trucks.--Every construction truck shall
10
be equipped with an audible warning device of a type approved by
11
the department that will emit a sound when the vehicle is placed
