| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the |
2 | Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in matters affecting |
3 | government units, providing for legal fees in Pennsylvania |
4 | Game Commission matters. |
5 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
6 | hereby enacts as follows: |
7 | Section 1. Title 42 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated |
8 | Statutes is amended by adding a section to read: |
9 | § 8503. Legal actions involving Pennsylvania Game Commission. |
10 | All legal fees incurred by the Pennsylvania Game Commission |
11 | for legal actions initiated by the Pennsylvania Game Commission |
12 | and legal actions brought against the commission are to be paid |
13 | from the Game Fund and not from the General Fund. |
14 | Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days. |
