| AN ACT |

1 | Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated |
2 | Statutes, in hunting and furtaking licenses, further |
3 | providing for license costs and fees. |
4 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
5 | hereby enacts as follows: |
6 | Section 1. Section 2709 of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania |
7 | Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read: |
8 | § 2709. License costs and fees. |

10 | (d) PALS transaction costs.--The fee for the transaction |
11 | costs associated with the Pennsylvania Automated Licensing |
12 | Service shall be limited to actual costs and may not exceed $1. |
13 | Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days. |
