AN ACT
1 Amending Title 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, providing for employment policies.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Title 4 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes
6 is amended by adding a section to read:
7 § 1202.2. Employment policies.
8 (a) General rule.--The board shall institute and strictly
9 enforce employment policies to implement the provisions of this
10 part, including, but not limited to, the code of conduct
11 established in section 1202.1.
12 (b) Noncompetition.--A prospective employee of the board
13 shall agree, as a condition of employment, that the employee
14 shall not accept employment with any affiliate, intermediary,
15 subsidiary or holding company thereof, for a period of two years
16 from termination of employment by the board.
17 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
