AN ACT
1 Amending Title 74 (Transportation) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, providing for records of the
3 Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Title 74 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
7 Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
8 § 8206. Records of commission.
9 Upon request of the Governor, the Secretary of Transportation
10 or a member of the General Assembly, the chairman of the
11 commission shall provide, within five days of a request, all
12 financial, statistical, operational and other information
13 related to the operation of the commission and the turnpike,
14 turnpike extension and turnpike improvements as may be requested
15 from time to time. The information shall include, but not be
16 limited to, all collections of revenue, disbursements, financial
17 statements and materials related to traffic utilization of the
18 turnpike. The chairman of the commission shall provide any
1 additional information requested pursuant to this section within
2 five days of the date of such request.
3 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
