AN ACT 1 Amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the 2 Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for 3 information about sex offenders made available on the 4 Internet. 5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 6 hereby enacts as follows: 7 Section 1. Section 9798.1(c)(1) of Title 42 of the 8 Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, amended November 29, 2006 9 (P.L.1581, No.179), is amended to read: 10 § 9798.1. Information made available on the Internet. 11 * * * 12 (c) Information permitted to be disclosed regarding 13 individuals.--Notwithstanding 18 Pa.C.S. Ch. 91 (relating to 14 criminal history record information), the Internet website shall 15 contain the following information on each individual: 16 (1) For sexually violent predators, the following 17 information shall be posted on the Internet website: 18 (i) name and all known aliases;
1 (ii) year of birth;
2 (iii) the street address, municipality, county and
3 zip code of all residences, including, where applicable,
4 the name of the prison or other place of confinement;
5 (iv) the street address, municipality, county, zip
6 code and name of any institution or location at which the
7 person is enrolled as a student;
8 (v) the street address, municipality, county and zip
9 code of any employment location;
10 (vi) a photograph of the offender, which shall be
11 updated not less than annually;
12 (vii) a physical description of the offender,
13 including sex, height, weight, eye color, hair color and
14 race;
15 (viii) any identifying marks, including scars,
16 birthmarks and tattoos;
17 (ix) the license plate number and description of any
18 vehicle owned or registered to the offender;
19 (x) whether the offender is currently compliant with
20 registration requirements;
21 (xi) whether the victim is a minor;
22 (xii) a description of the offense or offenses which
23 triggered the application of this subchapter; and
24 (xiii) the date of the offense and conviction, if
25 available.

27 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
