                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     2     Statutes, further providing for reports and removal of
     3     abandoned vehicles.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Section 7304.1 heading of Title 75 of the
     7  Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended and the section is
     8  amended by adding a subsection to read:
     9  § 7304.1.  Reports and removal of abandoned vehicles within the
    10             boundaries of a city of the first class or second
    11             class.

    13     (c)  Applicability.--This section shall apply to vehicles
    14  reported abandoned within the boundaries of a city of the first
    15  class or a city of the second class.
    16     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
