                                  A RESOLUTION

     1  Authorizing temporary absentee voting for a member.

     2     RESOLVED, Notwithstanding House Rule 64 (relating to Members
     3  Required to be Present and Vote), a vote be permitted to be cast
     4  for Representative Dan Surra of Elk and Clearfield Counties by
     5  Representative Keith McCall of Carbon County whenever the House
     6  has a roll call vote on any legislative matter from the date of
     7  adoption of this Resolution until the date Representative Dan
     8  Surra is released from his immediate hospitalization; and be it
     9  further
    10     RESOLVED, That all votes of Representative Surra in
    11  accordance with the first resolve clause of this resolution be
    12  recorded on the roll and entered into the Legislative Journal in
    13  the same manner as the votes of other members on all questions.
