AN ACT
1 Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, further providing for aggravated
3 assault.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 2702(c) of Title 18 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
8 § 2702. Aggravated assault.

10 (c) Officers, employees, etc., enumerated.--The officers,
11 agents, employees and other persons referred to in subsection
12 (a) shall be as follows:

14 (37) An employee or agent of a domestic violence program
15 or center, as defined under section 2333(e) of the act of
16 April 9, 1929 (P.L.177, No.175), known as The Administrative
1 Code of 1929.

3 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
