AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to Lancaster Cleft Palate for
2 outpatient-inpatient treatment.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $59,000 $58,000 is hereby appropriated <--
6 to the Lancaster Cleft Palate for the fiscal year July 1, 2008,
7 to June 30, 2009, for outpatient-inpatient treatment. Payment of
8 this appropriation shall be made by the Secretary of Health in
9 equal quarterly payments.
10 Section 2. Lancaster Cleft Palate shall provide full,
11 complete and accurate information as may be required by the
12 Department of Health or the chairman or the minority chairman of
13 the Appropriations Committee of the Senate or the chairman or
14 the minority chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the
15 House of Representatives.
16 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2008, or
1 immediately, whichever is later.
