AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Central Penn Oncology Group.
2 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
3 hereby enacts as follows:
4 Section 1. The sum of $130,000 $128,000 is hereby <--
5 appropriated to the Central Penn Oncology Group for the fiscal
6 year July 1, 2008, to June 30, 2009. Payment of this
7 appropriation shall be made by the Secretary of Health in equal
8 quarterly payments.
9 Section 2. The Central Penn Oncology Group shall provide
10 full, complete and accurate information as may be required by
11 the Department of Health or the chairman or the minority
12 chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the Senate or the
13 chairman or the minority chairman of the Appropriations
14 Committee of the House of Representatives.
15 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2008, or
16 immediately, whichever is later.
