AN ACT
1 Amending the act of May 16, 2007 (P.L.3, No.3), entitled, "An
2 act authorizing the Department of General Services, with the
3 approval of the Governor, to grant and convey to the County
4 of Lackawanna Transit System Authority (COLTS), certain lands
5 situate in the City of Scranton, Lackawanna County, in
6 exchange for a certain tract of land from COLTS situate in
7 the City of Scranton, Lackawanna County," further providing
8 for the date of execution.
9 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
10 hereby enacts as follows:
11 Section 1. Section 1(h) of the act of May 16, 2007 (P.L.3,
12 No.3), entitled, "An act authorizing the Department of General
13 Services, with the approval of the Governor, to grant and convey
14 to the County of Lackawanna Transit System Authority (COLTS),
15 certain lands situate in the City of Scranton, Lackawanna
16 County, in exchange for a certain tract of land from COLTS
17 situate in the City of Scranton, Lackawanna County," is amended
18 to read:
19 Section 1. Conveyance in City of Scranton, Lackawanna County.

1 (h) Voidance.--In the event that the conveyance is not
2 executed within [12] 36 months of the effective date of this
3 section, the authorization contained in this section shall
4 become null and void.
5 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
