AN ACT
1 Designating a bridge on PA Route 120 crossing the railroad
2 tracks at the east end of Renovo Borough in Clinton County,
3 Pennsylvania, as the Western Clinton County Veterans Bridge.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Western Clinton County Veterans Bridge.
7 (a) Designation.--The bridge on PA Route 120 crossing the
8 railroad tracks at the east end of Renovo Borough, in Clinton
9 County, Pennsylvania, is designated and shall be known as the
10 Western Clinton County Veterans Bridge in honor of all the
11 citizens of Clinton County who have served in the armed forces
12 of the United States.
13 (b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
14 maintain appropriate signs which shall display the name of the
15 bridge designated in subsection (a) at each end of the bridge.
1 Section 2. Effective date.
2 This act shall take effect in 60 days.
