AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, providing for World War II Battle of the Bulge
3 plate.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
7 Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
8 § 1366. World War II Battle of the Bulge plate.
9 The department, in consultation with the Department of
10 Military and Veterans Affairs, Bureau for Veterans Affairs,
11 shall design a special World War II Battle of the Bulge
12 registration plate. Upon application of any person, accompanied
13 by a fee of $20 which shall be in addition to the annual
14 registration fee, the department shall issue the plate for a
15 passenger car, motor home, trailer or truck with a registered
16 gross weight of not more than 9,000 pounds. The county veterans
1 affairs office in the county where the applicant resides shall
2 receive the additional fee paid by the applicant for the plate.
3 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
