AN ACT
1 Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for Sunday hunting.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Section 2303(b.1) of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
6 Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
7 § 2303. Hunting on Sunday prohibited.

9 (b.1) Exceptions.--Subsection (a) shall not apply to:
10 (1) The hunting of foxes.
11 (2) The hunting of coyotes.
12 (3) Any hunting which occurs on commercial or
13 noncommercial regulated hunting grounds holding a valid
14 permit under section 2928(b)(2) (relating to regulated
15 hunting grounds permits).

17 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
